WE ARE A DEDICATED brother and sister team DELIVERING FRESH DAIRY TO YOUR DOORSTEP. We are situated in Cape Town and are currently only delivering in the Southern Suburbs. We are passionate about great products and great prices. We believe we are priced very competitively compared to grocery stores and other delivery schemes. We will see through every detail of your order with care and attention and would love to meet you.

This is top of our list of priorities at all times. From your first enquiry to the delivery of your order to your doorstep, we are here to offer you a thoroughly enjoyable and friendly service.
Since we are starting from scratch, delivery days may change as we grow. As the need for additional routes arise, you will be notified of the changes. We are currently delivering:
- Mondays - Kirstenhof, Tokai, Stonehurst Estate, Lakeside, Muizenberg, Westlake Business Park and Capricorn Business Park
- Tuesdays - Diep River, Plumstead, Bergvliet and Meadowridge
- Wednesdays - (10:00am‐midday) Claremont, Rondebosch and Newlands
(Afternoon) Kirstenhof, Tokai and Constantia (plus Miracle Kids)
- Thursdays - Westlake Business Park, Steenberg Business Park, Capricorn Business Park
- Friday - Arranged pickup in Retreat (near spotty dog) between 14:30 ‐15:00
Delivery That Is Not In The Southern Suburbs
If you live out of our delivery area but you have a sizeable order that you would like us to consider delivering to you, please give us a call and we will see what we can do.
Is There A Weekly Minimum And Delivery Charge?
Doorstep Dairyman does not have a minimum order but there is a delivery charge depending on your delivery area. The delivery fee will be waived for customers spending R350 or more per order.

What Forms Of Payment Do We Accept?
You can either choose the COD (cash on delivery option) or do a EFT into our bank account. Our Bank Details are:

Ref: Please use your Surname and Invoice number which is on your invoice that you have received via email as your reference when making payment.

These are the only options for payment (you will need to indicate your payment option at the time of ordering at checkout on the website).
If you do not have access to a computer to view our prices and order online please request a pricelist from us and we can arrange for one to either be posted or delivered to you.
You will then be able to sms, email or telephone your orders through to us.
Orders must be placed before midday on the day prior to delivery.
If you are going to telephone through your order we request that you please phone us on a weekday between 09:00am and 11:00am.
When Will I Get My Invoice?
As soon as you place an order and pay online you will receive an automated invoice emailed to you. If you would like a Tax Invoice you can get this by logging into your account and clicking on view your order history, click on your invoice and you will be able to print or email your invoice.
If you have sms’d, emailed or phoned through your order we will print you an invoice and deliver it with your order on the day it is delivered.
Why Is There A Cut Off Time?
We need to give ourselves enough time to place our order with our supplier to ensure that they order enough stock for the following day. This ensures we are able to provide you with the freshest produce possible.
How Do I Know How Much Milk To Order?
Because we order from our suppliers the day before we deliver to you, the goods are as fresh as they can possibly be. What this means is that you typically will receive milk with a use-by date at least 7 days after the delivery date, meaning you can use us to deliver a weeks worth of milk to you. We do however recommend that at the time of ordering you order 1L to 2L more than what your family would ordinarily consume in a week so that you can be confident you don’t run out. As we grow we hope to be able to increase the frequency of our deliveries to at least twice a week, but this first needs us to get more trucks on the road.
Receiving Your Delivery
We will deliver your order between 13:00-18:00. If no one will be home please let us know so that we can make another plan or you can advise where you would like us to leave your order. If you choose for us to leave it somewhere please make sure that you have a cooler box for the dairy products, particularly during the warmer months of the year.
Cancelling an Order
You can cancel your order so long as it is cancelled 24 hours before your booked delivery day (ie before midday on the day before delivery date ). You can do this by emailing us on email@example.com or you can sms us on +27 (0) 64 757 9142
